Senior Pastor

since 2022

Pastor Ché Cowan is the Senior Pastor of Life Church in Victorville, California. With a passion for helping people grow in their faith and become Christ-centered leaders, he brings practical, biblical teaching that challenges and inspires life change. Alongside his wife, Samantha, and their three children, Pastor Ché is committed to leading people to know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

Executive Pastor 

since 2020

Pastor Ian has been the Executive Pastor of all ministry operations since 2020. He is a facilitator at the Life School of Supernatural Ministry and a teaching pastor here at Life.  

Discipleship, Life Group, & Community Pastor

since 2025

Pastor Nisch has called Life Church home since 2009 and considers it a joy to serve as the Discipleship, Life Group, and Community Pastor. She is passionate about helping people grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and take their next step in following Jesus through baptism, membership, life groups, Encounters, and discipleship. As a wife and mom of seven, she understands the value of belonging and loves creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and connected. Her heart is to reach people with the love of Christ, create pathways for people to encounter God, equip and encourage leaders, and help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus through authentic relationships and biblical community.

People Care Pastor

since 2011

Gregory has been part of the Life Church family since 2009 and joined the staff full-time in 2011 after faithfully serving as an usher, parking team member, and Life Group Leader. Ordained in October 2019, he now serves as the People Care Pastor, providing leadership for People Care, Security, and Facilities.

Gregory has a genuine heart for people and is passionate about helping others encounter the love of Jesus. Whether he’s caring for the church campus, supporting someone through a difficult season, or welcoming a first-time guest, he leads with compassion, humility, and a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. His desire is for every person to feel at home and know they are deeply loved by God.

Finance & Office Administrator

since 2013

LaReesha Lawrence has been a part of Life Church since 2015 and serves as the Finance and Office Administrator. She oversees the church’s financial operations and helps ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In her role, she supports staff and ministry leaders by providing administrative, financial, and organizational assistance that helps the church fulfill the mission of Life Church.
LaReesha has been married for 10 years and is the proud mother of four adult children and grandmother of nine grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and is passionate about serving the church and supporting its ministries.

Director of Operations and Ministry Projects & Executive Assistant to Senior Pastor Ché Cowan

Bionka King-Robinson provides leadership for church operations, ministry initiatives, special projects, and local and global missions efforts. With a background in Human Resources, organizational management, and leadership development, Bionka brings extensive experience in team development, strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

Marketing & Communications Director

since 2026

Janelle Malone oversees creative communications, graphic design, print and digital media, and organizational messaging. She works closely with teams and leadership to ensure communication is clear, consistent, and aligned across all departments. Through strategic planning, creative design, and project coordination, she helps bring ideas to life while ensuring every message effectively supports the organization’s vision and goals.
