Our Mission
We seek to come alongside churches, church planters, pastors, and leaders that are seeking to call people into relationship with Christ, Connect people to the local church, coach them in discipleship and commission them into the world.
The local church planter, pastor and leader needs the encouragement and spiritual support in doing the work of making disciples. Apostle Roan Paul Earle, along with Dr Charmaine Earle doing that essential ministry.
We also partner with churches in their efforts to preach the gospel and serve their community.
What We Are
Life Global Impact is the missions and apostolic arm of the Life Church. It is through this agency we engage in international ministry of reaching people far from God.

Headed by our apostle Roan Paul Earle and Dr. Charmaine Earle. Pastor Paul and Pastor Charm, as they are affectionately called, are the founding pastors of Life Church in Victorville, CA.

1 Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. 2 Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, "How can I help?"
