Our Mission
We seek to come alongside churches, church planters, pastors, and leaders that are seeking to call people into relationship with Christ, Connect people to the local church, coach them in discipleship and commission them into the world.
The local church planter, pastor and leader needs the encouragement and spiritual support in doing the work of making disciples. Apostle Roan Paul Earle, along with Dr Charmaine Earle doing that essential ministry.
We also partner with churches in their efforts to preach the gospel and serve their community.

WHAT ARE WE
Life Global Impact is the missions and apostolic arm of the Life Church. Through this agency, we engage in international ministry to reach people far from God.
Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, "How can I help?"

Apostle Roan Paul Earle and Dr. Charmaine Earle
Pastor Paul and Pastor Charmaine, affectionately known as Pastor Paul and Pastor Charm, are the founding pastors of Life Church in Victorville, CA. Through their faith, obedience, and unwavering commitment to God’s call, Life Church was birthed and built as a place where lives are transformed and purpose is discovered.
In this new season, they have dedicated their time and leadership to global outreach missions. As the heads of Life Global Impact, they are passionate about reaching beyond the walls of the church to impact nations, equip leaders, and bring hope to communities worldwide. Their heart is to see the Gospel advance globally and to empower the local church to be the hands and feet of Jesus everywhere.
Pastor Che Cowan & Pastor Samantha Cowan
Pastor Che and Pastor Samantha now serve as the Lead Pastors of Life Church, carrying forward the vision with passion, integrity, and bold faith. With a deep love for the local church and the Victorville community, they are committed to creating an environment where people encounter God, grow in their faith, and step confidently into their calling.
They fully support Apostle Paul and Dr. Charmaine in their global outreach mission and remain unified in vision and purpose. Together, this leadership team is committed to strengthening the local church while expanding Life Church’s global impact — reaching our city, our region, and the nations for Christ.
